About BIST

 

Business IT Support Team Ltd was incorporated in May 2003 and started life in Wibsey in Bradford. The company started to build team and by the end of the first year had achieved sales of £1.6 million. From this start the company has grown from strength to strength reaching £2 million in the second year.

 

BIST undertook a major expansion moving to larger premises, and in April 2005 they moved to Cottingley Business Park, increasing the number of employees to 10. Since then the company has grown steadily year on year with turnovers in excess of £2.5 million. In 2007 the company took the view to expand again raising the turnover to £3 million and then in December 2008 even with the credit crunch in force the company moved again to even larger premises taking its staff levels to 20.

 

In 2009 the company expects to reach a turnover of £4 million and by the end of 2009 to be employing at least 30 people.

 

BIST now ship products all over the country on a next day courier service and are preferred suppliers to numerous household names.
